Authentic Mexican coffee house Ki'bokThere is a new Mexican restaurant/coffee shop in town called Ki'bok. You can find it on 482 West Ave. Pandosy Village, Kelowna next to Chopped Leaf and across Paper 1. They serve authentic Mexican dishes, freshly made churros, coffee and delicious 70% hot chocolate. I visited them July 31, 2018 and tried following items: Aqua de Jamaica (Hibiscus Tea) is an icy refreshing tart drink, filled with vitamin C. I ordered Alambre de pollo (grilled chicken) as a main dish. Alambre de pollo is a popular Mexican dish consisting of grilled beef or chicken topped with chopped bacon, bell peppers, onions, cheese, salsa and avocado. It was served with freshly made corn tortillas. The main dish came out delish! For desert I ordered hot chocolate and churros. The hot chocolate was served with tiny Ecuadorian and Peruvian chocolates. The chocolate was full of flavor. The churros were freshly made, crunchy and drizzled with cinnamon. It was truly a treat! If you are looking for a new Mexican place to try, come to Ki"bok, they are friendly and place has a nice atmosphere.
