There is a beautiful place about 45min drive from Kamloops, BC for summer outdoor activities: hiking, dirt biking, quading, swimming, fishing. It is the Paul Lake Provincial Park with it's purest air, tallest trees (Douglas Fir, Pine and Aspen) and curious birds. One of the main attractions- trail to Gibraltar Rock, which offers magnificent views of the lake and mountains. The trail is somewhat steep in the end, so be prepared. However the view is well worth it. The place is truly tranquil and offers city dwellers opportunity to reconnect with nature and themselves. The path is yours to discover!
