The Broken Whisk is a hidden gem in Agassiz, as it doesn't look like anything special from the outside. However it has a very special atmosphere inside where you are greeted with an open smile, cheered by upbeat music, welcomed by comfy seating sofas and tastefully decorated interior. If you will be staying in the Harrison Hot Springs area, The Broken Whisk is just a convenient fifteen minute drive. We wanted to try something different and came across The Broken Whisk. We ordered a Pickled beet and goat cheese salad, Caesar salad wrap, coffee and soda. The salad would be good on a day, when you want something light and savory. Pickled beet and goat cheese are indeed the main ingredients and I like them both, so was very satisfied. Caesar salad wrap is served either with fries or salad, we have chosen fries. It was freshly prepared and very tasty. Overall very good experience, would definitely go back.

Milos Greek Taverna is conveniently located along Esplanade Street, just a few blocks away from Harrison Hot Springs. It has an outdoor patio, making dining in possible. The Restaurant is newly renovated/upgraded with attention to detail and taking into consideration customer's comfort. We were warmly greeted and seated by our waiter. Our questions were answered and we received meaningful recommendations about meals. We ordered Greek coffee, Roast Lamb, Milos special Burger. Greek Coffee is done right and served in a cup from Turkey- I personally appreciate attention to details. Roasted lamb comes with a Greek salad, roasted vegetables, rice and Greek potatoes roasted in lemon juice. Everything was served in about 20 minutes, fresh, hot and tasty. Delicious juicy soft lamb just melts in your mouth, providing so much needed nourishment. Milos Special burger was definitely freshly made, as it was juicy and fluffy. The fries were perfect as well. Overall it was a very good experience, definitely would return.
