3W CLINIC Cushion

I was very skeptical about using a foundation in a cushion after I had my first negative experience with Physicians Formula cushion when it just appeared on the market. Physicians Formula Mineral Wear talc free cushion did not provide any coverage, instead it sat in each and every pore looking very fake. I don't want to wear a fake mask on my face, so Physicians Formula went to the garbage.

Years passed and I decided to give a try to 3W Clinic collagen BB cream foundation in a cushion. 3W Clinic is a popular South Korean brand which became famous after releasing Natural Makeup Powder, that's used by professional backstage makeup artists and kpop stars. 3W Clinic use a combination of traditional eastern medicine principles and modern scientific knowledge, utilizing snail mucus, placenta and collagen in their formulas. They are official supplier of Miss Korea contest.
To start, I like the classic packaging. There is something magical about picking up a red with gold pack in the morning. I have been using this BB cream for 6 days every day. It has pleasant and settle smell, it goes on very smooth, has semi-sheer coverage (my skin is in a good condition thanks to snail mucus serum/cream), it creates radiant complexion without being visible on the skin, it has SPF +50, it has placenta extract.

I thought nothing can beat La-Roche Posay tinted sun lotion (I reviewed it in June), but this one is a runner up. La-Roche Posay is a great tinted fluid SPF +50, but it has one "but" -plastic smell.
3W Clinic did a good job with collagen infused BB cream, SPF +50.
Thumbs up!

Today I will share with you my cosmetic purchases that were disappointing/not met expectations.
L'oreal Paris pure-clay mask for oily/combination skin promises to purify and mattify the skin.  It has pleasant minty aroma and when applied onto skin -tingling sensation. I was not able to achieve mattyfying and purifying effect, just tingling sensation which I certainly can live without. Tried it several times, this one is going to the trash bin.
Shiseido Benefiance night emulsion, I did not expect this one to be a failure. It has a very light watery texture and  pretty strong smell. I have to admit it moisturizes pretty well. The problem is that my skin breaks out after using it. I did use it for about two months, but giving up on it. It will become my body moisturizer.
Clarins Mission Perfection Serum I bought it in the spring, planning to revive skin, tired from Canadian 6-month long winter. I was using it twice a day after cleansing and before moisturizer. It did not make my complexion glow, but instead deep underneath zits started growing. Yowza, this one goes to trash!

MIZON all in one snail repair cream

I love the results I receive from Mizon Snail Repair cream. The redness calmed down, skin appears supple, glowing from within.
Here is information from Wikipedia about snail mucus: "Snail slime is currently used in human cosmetics, by companies such as Biocutis, Namu Life, Misshaus, Alternative Secrets and Réelle Skincare.[8]
Snail slime is commercially obtained from the common garden snail species Helix aspersa, which produces a secretion rich in proteins of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and antioxidants. The secretion of the snail supposedly has a double function when applied to human skin: on one hand it is claimed to stimulate the formation of collagen, elastin and dermal components that repair the signs of photoaging and, second, is claimed to minimize the damage generated by free radicals that are responsible for premature skin aging.[10]"

The cream comes in handy those "special days" when skin is acting out. When used daily in about a month it completely transforms the skin.

I can't rave enough about hydro-gel eye patches containing colloidal gold and snail extract. The full list of ingredients: Snail secretion extract, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Niacinamide (aka B3), Sodium Hyaluronate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Colloidal Gold.
The package includes 60 gel patches infused with formula. I keep patches in the fridge and use 3 times a week in the morning. It is enough to keep them for around 25-30 minutes till they get dry-ish.
They amazingly remove dark circles, puffed under eye area, nourish, re hydrate and plump the area. What a remedy, look young again in 30 minutes!
The patches include a little spatula to fish them out the container without adding any gunk. Here is the link: fxo.co/6CUv

Super effective eyelash and brow nourishing, growth boosting serum by Skinfood. Ideally this serum is applied every day in the morning.
I used it every other day, applied onto lashes in the morning after washing my face. The results were visible just after 2 weeks: lashes grew much longer. I did not notice any difference in volume.
I am very happy with the results- the longest eyelashes I ever had in my lifetime, grown naturally.

This is my empty bottle of Bergamo pure snail brightening ampoule by L.K. Cosmetics. I used it twice a day: morning and evening after a softening lotion and before moisturizer. One ampoule lasts about three weeks. The package has 4 of them.
After one week I noticed tremendous improvements -adult acne was gone, skin became plump, glowing and brighter. It also tightens the pores, making skin look younger. This serum became my everyday routine for a while, as it is highly effective.
